Reno Wise – Design & Renovation Guidance

1. About Reno Wise

Reno Wise provides independent bathroom design and renovation guidance services. Services include consultations, design documentation, and renovation planning support only.

 

Reno Wise does not provide building, construction, project management, engineering, certification, or trade services.

2. Nature of Services

All services provided by Reno Wise are advisory and conceptual in nature.

 

Any drawings, layouts, scopes, schedules, or recommendations are intended to communicate design intent only and must be verified on site by the engaged licensed builder and relevant trades prior to construction.

3. No Building or Trade Services

Reno Wise is not a builder and does not carry out or supervise construction works.

Clients are responsible for:

  • engaging their own licensed builder and trades

  • ensuring all works comply with relevant building codes and regulations

  • obtaining any required approvals or certifications

 

Any builder or tradesperson introduced by Reno Wise operates independently, and the client engages them directly.

4. Starter Consult – Payment & Booking

The Starter Consult is a fixed-fee advisory service.

  • Payment is required in full prior to confirmation of the consult

  • Payment secures the booked session

  • Starter Consult bookings are non-refundable once confirmed

  • One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability

 

Failure to attend a confirmed consult without notice may result in forfeiture of the fee.

5. Design Packs & Guidance Services

Design Packs and any additional guidance services are:

  • quoted or agreed after the Starter Consult

  • payable in full prior to commencement of work

  • delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed

 

Work will not commence until payment is received.

6. Accuracy of Information

Reno Wise relies on information provided by the client, including photos, measurements, plans, and descriptions.

 

The client is responsible for ensuring this information is accurate and complete. Reno Wise is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client.

7. Compliance & Verification

Reno Wise does not assess:

  • structural integrity

  • waterproofing compliance

  • electrical or plumbing compliance

  • asbestos or hazardous materials

  • ventilation or fire safety requirements

 

All such matters must be assessed and confirmed by the licensed builder and relevant professionals prior to works commencing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reno Wise is not liable for:

  • construction outcomes

  • workmanship quality

  • cost overruns

  • variations or delays

  • decisions made by builders or trades

The client acknowledges that all construction decisions and outcomes remain the responsibility of the engaged builder and trades.

9. Intellectual Property

All documents, drawings, guides, and materials provided by Reno Wise remain the intellectual property of Reno Wise and are provided for use on the client’s project only.

 

They may not be reproduced, shared, or reused for other projects without written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
